The owner of Green Street Flooring, Brandon Kortz, has been a wood and hard-surface installer for over twenty years. His business is mostly from customer referrals. “Because of technical advances in the flooring industry and so many new products, it was becoming a real challenge to show my customers so many new choices. Having retail space makes it possible to show my customers so many more flooring choices. Most importantly, adding retail customers to my existing referral-base is very exciting and very good for business.”
